1.       What is a birthright? Does Isaac’s blessing hold any significance?



2.       Jacob took the birthright from Esau through usury and received the blessing from Jacob through deception yet God continued the blessings promised to Abraham though Jacob.  Why?



3.       Esau made a rash decision in his hunger; can we make decisions in haste that seem ridiculous later?  What wisdom does the Bible offer so we can avoid this?
