Examples of Good Things Happening to Bad People:

• Joseph’s brothers (Genesis 50:15-21)
• Rahab (Joshua 6:22-25)
• Peter (Luke 5:5-11)
• The loving woman (Luke 7:36-50)
• All the apostles (Mark 14:50, Acts 2:14)
• Simon the sorcerer (Acts 8:9-24) 

All people (good or bad) are blessed by God every day (Matthew 5:45)!

We have all been bad at some point in our lives (Romans 3:23, 1 John 1:5-2:2). Any sin that we commit is bad and against God!

Jesus died for all people (Romans 5:6-10, Hebrews 10:10).

No matter how bad a person thinks they are, something very, very good can happen to them (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)!

If you need your sins washed away this morning:

• And you are not a Christian – We can baptize you for the forgiveness of your sins (Acts 2:38).
• And you are a Christian – You need to ask for forgiveness (1 John 1:9). 

Jesus has made this very good thing possible for you and I! Because Jesus died for you and me we can have our sins washed away (Hebrews 9:26-27, Titus 2:11-15)! There is nothing better in this life than to have your sins washed away!
