God?
- What were the Levites to do? What will this prevent?
- What compliance statement was made about the
commands given?

in the work at the tent of meeting?
Class Discussion
- Numbers 4:3, 23, & 30 register Levite men
from age 30 to 50 “everyone who is qualified to
perform service, to do work in
at the tent of meeting”. Number 8:24-25
shows the age of
Levite men to be 25 to 50 when you serve in the work at the
tent of meeting. While there are
other
possible interpretations, one prevalent interpretation is the Levite men 25 to
under 30
were in an assistant or protégé role.
Discuss the value of this possible arrangement. Is
there any arrangement similar to this in
the new covenant?
